Mid-Continent Instruments Offers Face-To-Face Customer Service

WICHITA, Kan. — Mid-Continent Instruments announces the return of Pat Napolitano as an Outside Sales Representative. Napolitano’s position will directly support Mid-Continent’s 45-year history of providing responsive, one-on-one customer service. He will enhance communication and further cultivate relationships through face-to-face, on-site visits with Mid-Continent friends and valued customers.
“By adding Pat to our team, we can reach our customers more frequently on a personal and individual level,” stated Tom Genovese, Director of Sales. “We want to gain a better understanding of their operations to ensure our products and services suit their needs.”
With more than 20 years of experience and a strong aviation background, Napolitano’s expertise will be used to promote Mid-Continent’s overhaul/exchange capabilities and introduce new products and services to aviators.
Napolitano’s experience in the aircraft industry includes two years as a customer service representative at Mid-Continent Instruments – West. He is a FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic and has Inspection Authorization (IA) from the FAA. He has used these skills while working for various companies in an avionics installation and inspection capacity.
